Shipping costs are charged to the customer (shipments are always free in Italy) and vary according to destination. The shipping cost will be in the cart, will be added to the order total during the purchase process and will be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier upon delivery.
The shipment is made in about 2-3 working days in Italy, and in Europe in about 3-4, from Monday to Friday, with a maximum of two delivery attempts.
Only if specifically indicated on the product detail page (for example in the case of products that require customization or packaging) can delivery be delayed, but normally never more than thirty days from the date of purchase (art. 61 of the Consumer Code) .
A notification email will notify the buyer of the courier’s collection of the package, thus initiating the shipping and delivery phase.

If a damaged parcel is received, it is very important that the Customer signs with reserve at the time of the withdrawal, to allow us to forward notification to the courier in charge and open a possible practice: if the customer does not carry out this procedure, we will not be responsible in any way. of any possible damage to the goods.
