The online purchase of a good is subject to the same rules as a traditional sale: the warranty is valid for two years from the moment of delivery and can be enforced within two months from the discovery of the problem: the customer can ask (by registered letter to / r) replacement or repair of the product and, in the event that these are difficult or impossible, may request a price reduction.
Upon receipt of the product, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and it is advisable to open it without damaging the packaging (it could be useful if you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal).
The Customer is required to verify the completeness of the content by checking the number of “packages”, if necessary, by comparing it with the hard copy of the order made.
Having ascertained that nothing is missing, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the goods as soon as possible.
The Customer is required to keep track of any defect and possibly to immortalize any defect with a photo or a small video.
It is good to keep the purchase invoice (when present) and the delivery note, to prove the delivery date which is the one from which the warranty period starts.
